The following are considered to be emergency situations:

No heat in the winter, no electricity, any condition that may cause a fire, broken windows or any condition that would jeopardize security, refrigeration failure, no water, a plumbing leak or sewer stoppage that may damage personal belongings or apartment property, or gas odors – leave your home immediately and contact the gas company.

Keys / Lockouts

Due to insurance liability reasons, we cannot issue a key after regular office hours if you lock yourself out. We suggest that you leave a spare key with a trusted neighbor, or keep a spare key in your vehicle. In the event you do become locked out after office hours, please consider the following locksmiths that boast 24 hour emergency service and quick response times:
