Resident Resources
Utility Companies all complexesTenants must pay for utilities that are not included in their rent from the first day of their lease term, regardless of their physical move in date. Please arrange for the transfer of services into your name within 48 hours of the lease start date. Failure to do so will result in a monthly admistrative fee for each utility left in landlords name.
Electric: National Grid 800-642-4272 Basic cable is included in the rent and additional services such as more channels and wireless internet, etc… may be added by contacting Time Warner directly. You will be billed by the service provider for any additional services. School Districts
Our Resident Referral Program:If you have a friend, co-worker, or relative that is looking for a new apartment and you recommend one of our communities we offer a $ 200.00 rental credit. Ask your referral to mention your name the first time they contact us. When they sign a one year lease and move in, we will reward you with a $200 rental credit. When your referral mentions your name, and it is documented during the first contact, it ensures that you will receive credit for the referral.
