Food Truck Thursdays

Wyse Properties is bringing the flavor! Join us on Thursday as two of Buffalo's Favorite Food Trucks roll into Alexander Estates at the 2nd Driveway Entrance by the gym. We're bringing it all! From morning power-ups to savory bites, you'll have the chance to enjoy a delicious spread from local vendors. Whether you're craving comfort food or want to try something new—there's something for everyone!
This event is open to the public, so bring your roommates, friends, and family and come enjoy a day of delicious treats! No RSVP needed—just grab your wallets and bring your appetite. We can't wait to see you there!
Door Decorating Contest
October 1st - 30th
It's time to be creepy and creative—our Annual Halloween Door Decorating Contest is officially here! Show off your haunted style and you'll have the chance to win a Spooktacular Prize! From October 1st to October 30th all residents are invited to transform their front doors into a Halloween masterpiece! The unit with the most eye-catching design will win a $15 Amazon Gift Card per tenant, and a runner-up unit will also receive a special prize!
All Entries must be completed by 9:00 AM on October 30th, when judging will commence. Winners will be announced on October 31st on our Instagram page, so be sure to follow us and stay tuned for more future events!

Decorating Rules
- Do Not block Hallways, Walkways, or Exits
- Do Not Intrude on Neighboring Units doors
- IF using adhesives, make sure they are removable and will not cause lasting damages
- Avoid decorations with open flames, sharp objects or tripping hazards

Celebrate the season with Wyse Properties at our cozy fall event on October 14th from 2:00 - 4:00 PM at Alexander Estates. Residents are invited to enjoy an afternoon of complimentary pumpkin painting, delicious cider and festive refreshments! It's the perfect opportunity to connect with friends and neighbors, embrace the autumn spirit, and add some fall flair to your space as we get ready for Halloween!
This event is RSVP only due to limited space! Friends and family welcome, but please confirm your attendance in advance. We can't wait to see your pumpkin masterpieces!

Tenant Breakfast
October 31st - 8:30 AM
Start off your Halloween Day with a sweet treat! Wyse Properties is treating all residents to a complimentary breakfast of donuts, bagels and other hauntingly good refreshments on Friday, October 31st, beginning at 8:30 AM in the Leasing Office.
Donuts will be available while supplies last, so come early and enjoy a devilishly delicious start to your day. We'll also be playing everyone's favorite Candy Guessing Game during the breakfast. Submit your best guess, and the winner will be announced on Monday, November 3rd!
