November is here, and Wyse Properties is kicking off the season with festive flavors and fun—Our Food Truck Fest is rolling into Alexander Estates this Thursday!
Join us on November 6th from 4–7 PM at 2217 Sweet Home Rd. in Amherst, NY, for tacos, cannoli's, and cozy community vibes! Whether you're a foodie or looking to try something new, come down to enjoy the crisp autumn air, connect with neighbors, and treat yourself to something delicious!
This event is open to the public, so bring your roommates, friends, and family along for the ride! be sure to follow us on Instagram for event updates, photos and more exciting happenings throughout the Fall Season.

Cocoa & Pies

Get Ready to indulge in delicious seasonal flavors during our hot chocolate and seasonal pies social event to warm up your day! Swing by the office starting from 8:30 AM to treat yourself, we've got a slice (and sip!) for everyone.
This cozy gathering is the perfect way to kick off the holiday season and connect with your neighbors and friends.

November Soup Drive
October 17th - November 25th
This year we have teamed up with Certified Pest Solutions to become a drop off location for our annual food drive to support Catholic Charities of Buffalo!
With 3 convenient drop off locations across WNY, your donation can go a long way in helping local families in need! For Wyse Properties Tenants the drop off location is in the Gym located at Alexander Estates (2217 Sweet Home Rd.) any time from October 17th - November 25th. Let's all work together to provide as many meals as possible to families in need!
Be sure to lend a can to someone who needs it this year!
Tenant Breakfast
November 24th - 8:30 AM
Start off your Thanksgiving week early with a sweet treat! Wyse Properties is treating all residents to a complimentary breakfast of donuts, bagels and other hauntingly good refreshments on Monday, November 24th, beginning at 8:30 AM in the Leasing Office.
Donuts will be available while supplies last, so come early and enjoy a devilishly delicious start to your day. We'll also be playing everyone's favorite Candy Guessing Game during the breakfast. Submit your best guess, and the winner will be announced the following day!
